Summer Activities

The 3v3 camps originally forecast for the summer have been cancelled.  We have decided to promote other opportunities and will be introducing some different sorts of programming in conjunction with Jen and Rob at Sunburst Ski area soon.

For those looking for soccer specific camps this summer, we recommend the following:

  • Milwaukee Wave Summer camps — The Cedarburg camp will run from July 15th-19th at the Harris Bank Fields.  Click HERE to register or view other locations and dates.

cropped-nsubannerNorth Shore United Elite/Swansea City Summer Camps — the week of July 29th.  NSU has partnered with English Premier League Swansea City to provide a truly unique camp experience.  Click HERE for details.

 

Elite Touch Soccer and Fitness/No Bounds Wellness, in partnership with Sunburst Ski Area will begin offering fitness/wellness programming in the summer of the 2013, kicking off with a kids’ obstacle course (we think obstacle course racing is about the coolest thing to hit the country since the running craze of the 70s!!) at their Independence Day celebration on July 3rd, 2013.   Come join the fun from 5-9 pm at Sunburst Ski Area and then enjoy the Kewaskum fireworks from the slopes!!

Later in July, we are planning a 3 evening boot camp style event designed especially for teen athletes returning to fall high school sports.  The camp will cover functional training methods to reduce risk of injuries, nutrition and wellness tip to help you perform better on and off your particular field of battle.  More details are coming soon!  If you are a high school coach or athletic directory, please feel free to reach out to Coach Jim directly about how your athletes can make use the beautiful and challenging terrain at Sunburst Ski Area to really kick a training session up a few notches.  As a former high school cross country runner, the opportunity to train on challenging terrain is golden!

** 50 yard sprint
** 10 burpees
